Account Manager
📍 Location: USA (Remote or On-site)
💼 Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 per year
About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between Grove and our enterprise clients. Your focus will be on nurturing relationships, delivering value, and growing account revenues.
Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for your assigned accounts
- Ensure client satisfaction, renewals, and expansions
- Understand client needs and align them with Grove’s solutions
- Collaborate internally with product, CS, and marketing teams
- Deliver reports on account performance and growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years in account management or client-facing roles (preferably SaaS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes
Vice President – Sales (APAC Region)
📍 Location: Dubai (with regional travel)
💼 Salary Range: AED 480,000 – 600,000 per year (plus performance bonuses)
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and driven VP of Sales to lead Grove’s growth across the APAC region. You’ll be responsible for building the sales org, driving revenue, and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute APAC sales strategies
- Lead and scale a regional sales team
- Forge and manage relationships with enterprise-level clients
- Work with leadership to forecast and report growth
- Travel as needed to manage regional operations and accounts
Requirements:
- 8+ years in enterprise sales, with regional leadership experience
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS or digital sales
- Proven track record in scaling sales teams and meeting targets
Customer Success Manager

💼 Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000 per year
About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll own strategic customer relationships, drive engagement, and ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep relationships with assigned clients
- Run QBRs, adoption strategies, and value reviews
- Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with sales
- Act as a trusted advisor for customer strategy
Requirements:
- 4+ years in customer success, account management, or client services
- SaaS or digital background preferred
- Strong empathy and communication skills
Business Development Manager
📍 Location: Dubai
💼 Salary Range: AED 180,000 – 230,000 per year (plus commission)
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive Grove’s pipeline in the MENA region. You’ll be responsible for lead generation, qualification, and outbound sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new prospects and opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound efforts
- Build relationships with target accounts
- Align with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows

Customer Success Specialist

💼 Salary Range: AED 140,000 – 180,000 per year
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to onboard, train, and support our Dubai-based clients. You’ll help them extract maximum value from the Grove platform and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and assist with platform adoption
- Provide regular training and support
- Monitor account activity and usage
- Help resolve service-related queries
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a client-facing support or success role
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms preferred
